Welcome to Espace formation : a GRICS website

Espace formation is accessible to all and allows you to consult our training calatalog, but registration for training is reserved exclusively for GRICS customers.

Your Espace formation account will let you :

Access self-service content (i.e. videos, training guides and self-directed training).
Register for various trainings;
Access your trainings.

Enjoy your visit!

Step 1

Go to the site espaceformation.grics.ca, click on the Microsoft image and log in with your organization’s Microsoft authenticator. If you do not have a Microsoft account, please contact the Training team by clicking Contact us in the Help menu so that we can help you.

Step 2

Complete your profile :
It is not mandatory to fill in all fields. Click Organization.

Step 3

Click on Save my profile.

Step 4

Read the Terms of use. Click the “Next” button. Check the "I accept" box and click on the "Next" button to complete the creation of your profile.

Step 5

You are now ready to explore Espace formation. The guided tour will show you the main features of the platform. To view the scheduled trainings, click "Calendar" in the main menu. To consult the list of all trainings, click "Our trainings".
